30-day camp

One action a day, nothing more. First run the path from a vague idea to your first real revenue, then turn it into a system you can run again and again.

1

Pick the problem & validate demand

First pick a problem worth solving, then use real signals to confirm someone will pay for it.

  1. Day 1Choose the painWrite down 5 real pains you saw firsthand this week, then circle the most painful one.
  2. Day 2Define the customerWrite the customer in one line: who they are, in what situation, and what is blocking them.
  3. Day 3Write the offerWrite your offer in one sentence: for whom, what it solves, and how much it costs.
  4. Day 4Build a tiny artifactMake the smallest visible thing: a landing page, a paragraph, or one image that shows what you sell.
  5. Day 5List who to reachList 10 to 30 real people or groups who have this pain and that you can contact today.
  6. Day 6Send it outSend your artifact one-to-one to each person on the list, no mass blast, and record their exact words.
  7. Day 7Ask for a costly yesAsk for a costly commitment: prepay, a deposit, or a spot in line. Saying they want it does not count.
  8. Day 8Read the signalCount how many paid a cost, write why they did or did not, then decide to continue or switch problems.
2

Build the smallest product

Cut to one value path, use the Vibe Coding loop to build it, and deliver to the people who said yes.

  1. Day 9Cut to one pathKeep only one core value path among all features, cross out the rest, and do not build them today.
  2. Day 10Pick the mediumPick the fastest medium to deliver: a web page, a sheet, a bot, or a doc. Do not chase tech.
  3. Day 11Load the contextWrite the customer, pain, offer, and value path into one clear spec, then feed it to the AI.
  4. Day 12Build with the loopUse the Vibe Coding loop to have AI build the first version. You bring judgment, not low-level code.
  5. Day 13Run it yourself firstWalk the whole value path as if you were the customer, and note every place you get stuck.
  6. Day 14Deliver to yes-sayersDeliver the first version to the people who paid a cost on Day 7, and watch them really use it.
  7. Day 15Fix only blockersFix only the blockers that stop people from using it. Note the rough edges and leave them for now.
3

Distribution & monetization

Find a channel you can reach again and again, mass-produce on-message content with AI, set a price, and remove payment friction.

  1. Day 16List candidate channelsList 3 to 5 channels where your customers really gather, and note what they go there to see.
  2. Day 17Pick one channelPick the single easiest channel to reach, leave the rest for now, and make one channel work first.
  3. Day 18Set the messageWrite one core message so the customer knows it is made for them, and base all content on it.
  4. Day 19Mass-produce with AIUse AI to produce 10 pieces of content around that message at once. You only filter and fix the judgment.
  5. Day 20Publish and measurePost the content to your chosen channel, record clicks, replies, and inquiries, and see which message lands.
  6. Day 21Set a priceSet a clear price for your offer and write the reason for it. Stop saying it depends.
  7. Day 22Test the priceQuote this price to new people, and record how many pay, how many haggle, and how many walk away.
  8. Day 23Remove payment frictionCut the steps from order to payment to the minimum, walk it yourself, and delete anything that makes people hesitate.

Operations & scale

Write the working process into an SOP, hand the repetitive parts to AI, keep human checks, then review the evidence to double down on winners and cut losers.

  1. Day 24Write the SOPWrite the full process from reaching out to delivery as a step-by-step SOP that anyone can run.
  2. Day 25Hand repeats to AICircle the repetitive, no-judgment steps in the SOP, and hand one of them to AI today.
  3. Day 26Keep human checksPut a human check at the key steps that touch customers and money, and state who checks what.
  4. Day 27Review the evidenceLay out this month's real data: who paid, who stayed. Read the evidence, not the likes.
  5. Day 28Double down on winnersFind the one action that brought the most real revenue, and double your resources on it today.
  6. Day 29Cut the losersStop the actions that brought no revenue or retention. Cut them even when it hurts, and free up time.
  7. Day 30Plan the next loopUse the judgment you gained this round to write the next problem to validate, and start a new loop tomorrow.
